An apparatus (1) for the vacuum packaging of food products, comprising a box-like frame (2) which defines at least one portion of a vacuum chamber (3), which can be connected to means for generating vacuum and is adapted to accommodate a pouch (4) containing the food products to be packaged, sealing means (7) being provided inside the vacuum chamber (3) and being adapted to seal the mouth of the pouch, the vacuum chamber having at least one accommodation region (15) for positioning substantially vertically at least one portion of the pouch (4) which is arranged on the opposite side with respect to the mouth of the pouch. |
