The seat (SI) has a backrest (DS), a base and an Isofixtype anchoring element (EA1) e.g. anchoring wires, defined at the level of passage (PS) situated at a junction between a lower part (PID) of the backrest and a rear part (PAA) of the base. A removable device i.e. infant seat is anchored on the base. An elastic supporting element (EM) e.g. strip, is placed close to the passage for supporting a portion of a lower end part (PIS) of a strap (SC) of a safety belt to be passed through the passage, in a lateral remote position of the anchoring element.
