PURPOSE: A reinforcing device, a vegetative retaining wall using the same, and a construction method thereof are provided to improve exterior by planting trees or grass on the external surface of the retaining wall. CONSTITUTION: A reinforcing device(100) comprises a front frame(110), a temporary form(120), a connection member(130), and a grid fixing part. The front frame forms the front surface of a vegetative retaining wall. The temporary form is detachably installed in the front frame. The connection member is installed in the rear side of the front frame. The grid fixing part is formed in the connection member.
