<p>The device (1) has a wheel (4) at a lower end of a connecting rod (2) that is connected with a receiving element. An axial element of the wheel is supported, and the receiving element is axially slidable during unwinding of the wheel on the axial element, where unwinding of the wheel takes place on the base. The receiving element is replaceably connected with the connecting rod. The receiving element has a borehole and a slot (9) for serving a bearing of the axial element. The wheel has a shaft (12) along an axle center. An independent claim is also included for a method for executing sporty exercises.</p> |
