PURPOSE: A server, a device, and a system for monitoring a vehicle are provided to investigate the cause of an accident by automatically storing a driving image. CONSTITUTION: A position information receiver(220) receives the driving information of a first vehicle. A position information display unit displays the position information of the vehicle on a map according to a vehicle group. A state information display unit(240) displays the detail information of the vehicle selected by a user. An alarm generator generates an alarm when the first vehicle is separated from the permitted area of the vehicle group. A driving image providing unit(270) provides the driving image information received from the vehicle. |
