PURPOSE: A sealing and filling system of a medical solution bag is provided to remarkably reduce a fabrication cost by remarkably shortening a time required to fill a medical solution, to make facilities of manufacturing the medical solution equipped in a narrow space, and to obtain high productivity. CONSTITUTION: A sealing and filling system of a medical solution bag comprises: a sheet supply unit(10) which consecutively supplies a twofold synthetic resin sheet having a constant width to longitudinal direction of the bag; a sheet transfer unit(20) which repetitively advances the sheet after vertically standing the sheet; a back molding unit(30) having three sides which are sealed on the interval of both sheets and forming a chamber having an opened upper side; a back cutting unit(40) manufacturing a pre-bag by cutting an edge line of the chamber; a medical solution filling unit(60) which injects the medical solution into the chamber; and a finishing sealing unit(80) which seals the inner part of the chamber by welding a sealing member supply unit, an opening unit of the pre-bag, and a sealing member. |
