PURPOSE: A compound for an organic light-emitting device, and the organic light-emitting device including thereof are provided to apply the compound to the device as an organic layer material, especially for an electron injection material or an electron transport material. CONSTITUTION: A compound for an organic light-emitting device is marked with chemical formula 1. The organic light-emitting device comprises a first electrode, a second electrode, and more than one layer of organic material layer located in between the first and the second electrode. The organic material layer comprises an electron injection layer or an electron transport layer containing the compound marked with the chemical formula 1.
