The pull-out guide (1) has a guide rail (2) installed at a cabinet body. A sliding rail is displaceably supported directly or by a center rail at the guide rail. An activator (4) is arranged at the sliding rail, and is coupled with a tappet of a locking mechanism (5) for holding the sliding rail in a closing position. A position of the activator is adjustably formed relative to the sliding rail in a direction of motion of the sliding rail by an operating element. A rotatable eccentric tappet is provided for adjusting the activator. An independent claim is also included for a perspective view of a pull-out guide.
