PURPOSE: A system and a method for recommending the address of a receiver are provided to accumulate the weights of the addresses of e-mail receivers and recommend the addresses based on the accumulated weights. CONSTITUTION: An input-output unit(110) displays addresses of e-mail receivers based on intimate degree. A processor(130) includes a weight applying unit(131) and an arranging unit(132). The weight applying unit applies a weight for a requested service to the receiver. Based on accumulated weights which are applied to a plurality of receivers, the arranging unit arranges the receivers. A searching unit(140) searches the weights from an information storing unit(150).
