A rotationally symmetrical stent graft 20 for deploying in a curved vessel 32 has spaced scents 16 along its length, with the scents being further apart in the region of the greatest curvature in use. The ends of the stents are parallel to each other and to the ends of the graft. The inter-stent spacing varies along the entire length of the graft. The distances between the stents may increase monotonically from one end of the graft to the other or be uniform at one end and increase monotonically from a central region.
