PURPOSE: A re-connection method and apparatus between mutual devices based on wireless communication environment, and a storage medium storing the same are provided to ensure rapid, accurate and efficient reconnection in the event of abnormal disconnection between the mutual devices. CONSTITUTION: When abnormal disconnection occurs, a first reconnection request determining unit queues a reconnection request of a counter device for a first reference time(130). When there is no reconnection request, a second reconnection request determining unit queues a reconnection request of the counter device for a second reference time(140). A second reference time repetitive increasing unit repetitively increases the second reference time(150). When there is no reconnection request, a reconnection performing unit executes a reconnection request from the own apparatus(160).
