<p>PURPOSE: A cautery device for preventing burn scar and a cautery method are provided to be used for safely and accurately perform the cautery, to strictly limit a time of a contact tip contacting a determined body part and to prevent excessive burn scar. CONSTITUTION: A cautery device for preventing burn scar comprises: an one or more electrical heating member sets(1); a contact tip(9) transferring heat of the heating member to a contact part of body; a spacer(11) separating the contact tip from the body as a determined distance; and a moving member which moves the contact tip which is separated from the body to a direction contacting the body.
