FIELD: engines and pumps. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed pump comprises stator 42, rotor consisting of shaft 8 and disk element 12 extending radially and shaped as wavy disk, scraper 110 with slot 112. The latter interacts with element 12. Stator 42 comprises cup-like first and second elements 44 and 46 and forms peripheral wall surrounding element 12. Scraper 110 is arranged completely inside stator 42 to lock along circumference and axially reciprocate. Stator 42 with scraper 110 defines the limits of suction chamber 138 with inlet hole 68, outlet chamber 142 with outlet hole 70, and channel 140 passing from chamber 138 to chamber 142. Scraper 110 makes partition between chambers 138 and 142. Element 12 can revolve through chamber 138, channel, chamber 142 and slot 112. Elements 44 and 46 adjoin each other in first zone 64 features circular arc and in second zone 64 with similar shape. Hole 68 is formed by first recess in peripheral wall of element 44 and opposite first recess in peripheral wall of element 46. Hole 70 is formed by second recess in peripheral wall of element 44 and opposite second recess in peripheral wall of element 46. ^ EFFECT: ease of manufacture and relatively cheap sine pump. ^ 27 cl, 11 dwg |
