FIELD: information technologies. ^ SUBSTANCE: system includes facility for monitoring of delays, which detects failure in client system of e-mail, and procedure of mail boxes creation, and automatically creates mailbox accounts for domains that became unserviceable, and until the failure has not been eliminated, a queue of incoming e-mails is generated. It guarantees that e-mail will not be returned as a result of mail servers unavailability. As soon as e-mail servers are reconnected, system sends queued e-mails to the client by method of "controlled data flow", until all e-mail is delivered. System may additionally include web-mail interface, which makes it possible for the client to support functional resources of e-mail, until the failure is eliminated. System may also include facility of messages commutation, which filters all e-mail regarding policy rules and content, spam and viruses prior to e-mail delivery to client. ^ EFFECT: recovery of e-mail messages sending and receiving recovery in emergency situations. ^ 32 cl, 3 dwg |
