FIELD: physics. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves illumination of a test specimen with radiation, conversion of the reflected radiation or radiation which passed through the specimen in N spectral channels to electric signals. Signals from a multi-element photodetector are summed by three artificial neurons, where values of synaptic connections and symbols of each of the neurons are set during calibration. The neuro-colorimetre has a radiation source, forming optical system, sets of wedge-like colour filters with different spectral absorption coefficients which form one or more plane-parallel packets fitted in front of a photodetector matrix, and a signal processing circuit. Direction of the wedge angle of each packet coincides with the direction of rows or columns of detector elements of the photodetector matrix, and outputs of each element of the photodetector matrix are connected to three artificial neurons whose axons are connected to the signal processing circuit. ^ EFFECT: more accurate determination of coordinates. ^ 2 cl, 5 dwg |
