PURPOSE: A hot water boiler with improved performance is provided to prevent a fallen scale from being formed near the driving shaft of a motor by arranging the motor on the top of an impeller. CONSTITUTION: A hot water boiler(B) with improved performance comprises a water tub(10), a pump housing(40), an impeller(30), and a motor(20). The water tub has a collecting port(W2). The pump housing is formed inside the water tub and has an inlet(46) and an outlet(47). The inlet of the housing is opened downward. The impeller is formed inside the pump housing. The motor is arranged on the top of the impeller and rotates the impeller. The driving shaft(1) of the motor is vertically positioned.
