FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to ophthalmology, and can be applied as manual on determining duration of ophthalmohypertension recurrence existence after antiglaucomatous operations (AGO) of non-penetrating type. For this purpose ultrasonic biomicroscopy (UBM) of operation zone is carried out and interposition, dimensions and acoustic density (AD) of structures of surgically formed outflow path (SFOP) are estimated. AD is measured in per cent from sclera AD in intact section, taken for 100%. State of anterior chamber angle (ACA) is estimated, AD, thickness, width and profile of trabeculo-descemet's membrane (TDM) are determined, height of intrascleral cavity (ISC) is measured, volume and AD of inclusions into ISD are determined. Also measured is thickness and AD of scleral flap (SF), state of hypoechogenic tunnel coming out from under SF, and AD of inclusions in filtration cushion (FC) is estimated. In case if FC is absent, AD of conjunctiva in operation zone is determined. ^ EFFECT: method allows to determine duration of ophthalmohepertension recurrence existence by combination of said acoustic symptoms due to high accuracy of diagnostics of SFOP state, qualitative and quantitative estimation of its structures, which will allow to purposefully carry out treatment which normalises higher IOP in early terms of ophthalmohypertension existence, and in case of ophthalmohypertension existing for a long time carry out repeated AGO. ^ 7 ex |
