FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: steel is melt at following ratio of elements, wt %: carbon 0.14-0.22, manganese 0.40-1.10, silicon 0.15-0.70, aluminium 0.025-0.070, titanium 0.005-0.040, nitrogen 0.015-0.030, iron and unavoidable impurities - the rest, at maintaining condition (0.29Ti+0.52Al) ëÑ N ëÑ 0.38Ti, where Ti, Al, N-are contents of titanium, aluminium, nitrogen, wt %, 0.29 and 0.52 are stoichiometric coefficients of formation of corresponding nitrides TiN and AlN, 0.38 is coefficient obtained experimentally upon processing experimental data considering dimension of ingot and shape of mould. Steel is tapped into moulds for fabrication of an ingot. Thus there is produced a work-piece of rod rolled to specified profile and dimension and finished at 980-1050C temperature. Further, rod is cooled with water to average weight temperature 800-950C, wound into coils and arbitrary cooled in air to temperature of environment. ^ EFFECT: production of rod of upgraded strength out of low carbon steel suitable for further fabrication of cold deformed reinforcing bar of periodic profile at simultaneous formation of scale with property for mechanical removal with higher efficiency. ^ 1 ex, 1 tbl |
