摘要 FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to beer brewing technology. The method involves mixing tarragon with hop in mass ratio of 1:10. The obtained mixture is extracted with liquid nitrogen with separation of the corresponding miscella. Cutting and drying in a microwave field at given process parametres is done and girasol-sunflower is roasted and mixed with malt in mass ratio of 1:(10-25). Further, the obtained mixture is saturated with the separated miscella while simultaneously increasing pressure, releasing pressure to atmospheric pressure level, simultaneously freezing the mixture and cryogenic grinding in the medium of released nitrogen. Water is poured and saccharification is carried out to obtain wort. Brewing yeast is added and primary fermentation, fortification, after fermentation and filtration are carried out. ^ EFFECT: invention shortens duration of the process and increases foam stability of the end product.
