<p>The invention refers to the devices for detection of landscape fires at the early stage and monitoring of fire development. Its objective refers to the enhancement of functional capabilities of the system, enhancement of responsiveness to fire detection at the early stage, improving accuracy of determination of geographical coordinates of fire hotbed in the controlled area. The object in view is attained in that the automated system of detection and monitoring of development of landscape fire seats contains an automated module of detection, a digital information receive - transmit communications chain, a central station of receive - transmit and processing of information, control and management (Central Control Facility), at that the automated module of detection contains a telescope with IR detector, a video camera and a cylindrical shell equipped with the mechanical scanning blocks, electronic components for processing of analog information and its transformation into a digital form, a computer intended for processing, analysis and accumulation of information received from the IR detector, the modules of information transformation and transmission via any communication channels and a power module, at that the system operates automatically under control of corresponding software and it is equipped with an independent feed element thereby enabling the system installation in the areas with an underdeveloped infrastructure.</p> |
