The invention relates to a support shoe (1) for a concrete pillar or the like. The support shoe (1) has a base plate (2) and two lateral plates (5, 6) arranged at lateral edges (3, 4) of the base plate (2) and projecting upwardly at a right angle from the base plate (2). At least one reinforcement bar (11) is connected to the support shoe (1) for introducing forces into the concrete pillar. The two lateral edges (3, 4) and thus also the lateral plates (5, 6) connected thereto are arranged at an acute angle (a) relative to one another, wherein the two lateral plates (5, 6) are formed as separate components connected to the base plate (2).
