PURPOSE: A method for converting broadcasting services in a digital broadcasting receiver is provided to perform conversion operation of broadcasting services using mosaic EPG(Electronic Program Guide) pictures by recording and maintaining information for converting into the broadcasting services corresponding to respective sub-pictures in the digital broadcasting receiver. CONSTITUTION: Information required for selecting digital broadcasting services are stored in an apparatus. Video images of respective broadcasting services received by the first tuner and respective sub-picture images in mosaic EPG pictures received by the second tuner are compared in a consideration to the stored data. When the Video images and the sub-picture images are accorded, the data and the sub-picture images are linked. When one of the sub-picture images is selected(S10), in a display state of the mosaic EPG pictures, corresponding broadcasting services are selected by detecting(S20) and reading(S30) the information linked to the selected sub-picture image. |
