PURPOSE: A signal intensity indicating apparatus is provided to detect the intensity of a signal regardless of processes, power supply voltage, and temperature changes. CONSTITUTION: A limiting amplifier(110) fixes voltage gain and saturation voltage of the limiting amplifier to predetermined values according to gain control voltage and saturation control voltage. The limiting amplifier adjusts the increase or decrease of the saturation voltage by the saturation control voltage and adjusts the saturation voltage using auxiliary current source. The auxiliary current source is parallely connected to the current source of the limiting amplifier.
