FIELD: construction. ^ SUBSTANCE: device includes installed pulled reinforcement rods equipped with reinforcement items and installed into panel channels. Each installed pulled reinforcement rod is arranged of reinforcement items. Reinforcement items include separate sections of reinforcement coupled with turnbuckle, permanent end anchors and anchor distribution plates. Sections of pulled reinforcement rod are installed in cavity channels of panel via horizontal holes. Horizontal holes are cut in middle part of panel lower shelf along axis of symmetry of cavity channels. Permanent end anchors of pulled reinforcement rod are installed in near-support part of panel and are equipped with distributing plates.
