FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fish breeding, in particular to device for production of artificial fishfoods intended to breed decorative aquarium fish, and may also be used in fish breeding plants or when breeding fish in fish wells. Device comprises drying drum with electric drive, frame with knife to remove product from drum surface, bath for submersion of drum, which is arranged in the form of two coaxial inner and outer cylinders. Inner cylinder is connected to support disk of drum and has rectangular groove arranged in the form of single-turn spiral, which is accordingly connected to supply and drain nozzles. Nozzles are connected to inlet and outlet of partially hollow shaft. Drum is provided with protective jackets. Device has exhaust fan, cover, tray and receiving hopper. ^ EFFECT: invention makes it possible to reduce power inputs, to reduce duration of drying, to expand technological resources and to increase quality of produce. ^ 2 dwg |
