FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to powder metallurgy, namely to units designed to conduct pyrolysis of fluid work composition to produce powder, particularly aluminium nitride. Proposed plant comprises reaction tube with tube wall heaters, work composition spraying system, swirled flow formation appliances, aspiration outlet and pyrolysis product outlet arranged on opposite ends of reaction tube. Note here the reaction tube inner surface features truncated cone-shaped section to form pyrolysis product outlet. Swirled flow formation appliances consist of spraying system nozzles or branch pipes, specially oriented and arranged in reaction tube. Tube wall heaters can create temperature gradient in reaction tube to produce evaporation and reaction zones. Product outlet hole communicates with cooling vessel. Note here that proposed plant incorporates shaking device and work composition pretreatment device. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency and yield, minimum contamination of environments. ^ 8 cl, 2 dwg |
