PURPOSE: A lithium titanium composite oxide, a non-aqueous electrolyte cell including thereof, and a battery pack are provided to reduce impurities by controlling the growth of a crystallite when performing a plasticizing process at the high temperature. CONSTITUTION: A non-aqueous electrolyte cell includes a negative electrode, a positive electrode, and a non-aqueous electrolyte. The non-aqueous electrolyte contains lithium titanium composite oxide including ramsdellite type lithium titanate. The lithium titanium composite oxide contains more than one element selected from the group consisting B, Na, P, and K. |
