PURPOSE: A rotary piston blower for supplying air stream to a fuel cell is provided to reduce the noise and vibration by transferring power using a belt, and to control the moisture inside insertion air. CONSTITUTION: A rotary piston blower(100) for supplying air stream to a fuel cell comprises the following: a housing(10) including a cylinder(16) connected to an inlet and an outlet; a driving shaft(22) installed inside the housing to be rotated by a driving source; a driven shaft(24) separately installed inside the housing; a driving piston(32) installed on the driving shaft to rotate; a sub-driving piston(34) installed on the driven shaft; and a power transfer belt(40) installed on the driving shaft and the driven shaft.
