PURPOSE: An engine fuel reducing device for a generator is provided to prevent an engine from being hunted because the operation of an output control member of an engine is not varied by a delay timer when no-load signals are applied to the delay timer during delay time. CONSTITUTION: An engine fuel reducing device for a generator comprises a battery(10), a control unit(20), a current detector, a delay timer(IC), and a non-contact relay(DSR). The current detector senses the current flowing from a generator(5) to a load(7). If the induced voltage of the current detector is inputted, the control unit does not output signals. If the induced voltage of the current detector is not inputted, the control unit outputs signals. If the signal of the control unit is not inputted, the delay timer does not output signals. If the signal of the control unit is inputted, the delay timer outputs signals after the fixed delay time is passed. If there is no the signals of the delay timer, a contactless relay blocks that the power source of the battery applied to a solenoid(SL). |
