<p>PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of micro powder of metal compound is provided to control the size and the shape of a particle by changing reacting conditions, such as organic solvent, metal precursor, temperature, pressure, concentration, etc. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of micro powder of metal compound comprises next steps. Homogeneous mixed fluid is obtained by mixing, solution produced by dispersing one or more kinds of metal precursors to organic solvent, with carbon dioxide fluid of a supercritical state. The mixed fluid performs solvothermal synthesis reaction for 1min to 100hours at the pressure of 0.5~30MPa and the temperature of 30~300°C. Metal compound powder produced after cooling and supercritical drying the obtained material is separated. The organic solvent comprises one or more kinds of C1-C10 alcohol. Two or more kinds of metal precursors are used.</p> |
