PURPOSE: A rail sledge for all seasons and a rail system using the same are provided to enable a user to safely arrive to a destination without the operation of a brake device. CONSTITUTION: A rail sledge for all seasons and a rail system using the same comprise a channel member(26), a square pipe member(22), a cylindrical pipe member(24), a flat steel member(28), and a rounded rod member(29). The channel member supports a rail part(20) on the bottom plane, wherein multiple rails are installed. The square pipe member is vertically arranged in the channel member. The square pipe member is installed at fixed intervals in order to be closely attached to the caster installed on the bottom of the rail sledge. The square pipe member forms the base of the railway rail. The cylindrical pipe member is attached on the top of the square pipe member. The flat steel member fixes the square pipe member.
