METHOD FOR EVALUATIONG OF HYDROGEN DAMAGE OF MATERIAL USING PUNCHING DEVICE

PURPOSE: A method for evaluating of hydrogen damage of material is provided to increase the accuracy of measuring the hydrogen concentration of a test piece through electrolytic hydrogen embrittlement. CONSTITUTION: A method for evaluating of hydrogen damage of material is as follows. The hydrogen is inserted into the surface of the first of the same material and shape and the second test piece through the electrolysis(S120). The property value of the first test piece degraded with the hydrogen penetration is measured(S130). The hydrogen concentration of the second test piece is measured by using analyzer(S130'). The change of the property value of the first test piece according to the change of the hydrogen concentration of the second test piece is evaluated(S140). The first and the second test piece are formed into the plate shape of the metal material. The first and the second test piece comprise the test part and connection part of the plate shape.
