PURPOSE: A fixed belt ball for a boat is provided to allow a fishing rod and a mooring rope to be fastened in any position of the boat for the purpose of leisure or fishing. CONSTITUTION: A fixed belt ball includes a fixed belt and a movable belt. The fixed belt is attached to a boat. The movable belt has holes of 20mm arranged at intervals of 150mm in which bolts are fastened. After the movable belt is screwed to the fixed belt, a fishing rod or safety equipment such as lifebuoys can be attached thereto. Additionally, a house boat can be made by putting a shield plate on the fixed belt and inserting the movable belt.
