PURPOSE: An indoor unit of an air-conditioner is provided to increase the flow rate of air and reduce air flow noise by minimizing the generation of turbulence. CONSTITUTION: An indoor unit(10) of an air-conditioner comprises a cabinet(11), a fan assembly which is arranged in the cabinet inside and compulsorily circulates air, a filter which is placed in the upstream of the fan assembly and purifies air, a front panel(12) which comprises an inlet for inhaling air to the cabinet, an inlet panel(13) which selectively opens and closes the inlet, and a noise reducing part which is placed between the inlet panel and the filter and reduces noise by guiding indoor air to the inlet side. The inlet panel is movable about the front panel. The indoor air circulates an interval between the inlet panel and the front panel in a state of opening the inlet by the inlet panel. The noise reducing part changes the flow direction of the indoor air flowing the interval between the inlet panel and front panel.
