<p>PURPOSE: A haptic feedback providing device and a haptic feedback providing method using the same are provided to offer skin sensation and muscle sensation at the same time, thereby offering haptic feedback as same as feeling when in fact touching an object. CONSTITUTION: A skin sensation unit(30) includes a projection unit(100) equipped with a plurality of fine projections, an interval controller changing an interval between the fine projections, and the first electrical application unit applying power to the interval controller. A muscle sensation unit(40) includes a case unit containing rheological fluid, a rotating unit and the second electrical application unit applying power to the case unit, and is included in the lower part of the skin sensation unit. The rotating unit includes an inside film partly included in the rheological fluid and an upper plate. A control unit controls the first and the second electrical application unit.</p> |
