PURPOSE: Disc and hub assembly for a compressor is provided to prevent a disc from being deformed by the heat of a high temperature when the disc makes tight contact with the friction of a pulley. CONSTITUTION: Disc and hub assembly for a compressor comprise a hub(30), a damper(40), a leaf spring(50), and a disc(70). The flange part(32) surrounding the outer circumference of the hub is projected to the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the hub, the combining ring(33) communicated with a shaft penetrating hole(30') is formed in one end of the hub and a damper combining part(41) is formed at the damper. The damper combining part includes an insertion hole into which the combination ring is inserted. A damper flange part(42) is formed on one side of the flange part that surrounds the edge of one end of the damper combining part, and a spring combining part(52) is formed at the leaf spring. The spring combining part is projected from the central part of the leaf spring and comprises an insertion hole(52') into which the damper combining part is inserted. The leaf spring is coupled to the outer surface of the disc while adhering the damper flange part of the damper to the flange part of the hub.
