SOLAR CELL AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THE SAME

PURPOSE: A solar cell and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to reduce a time and a cost for manufacturing the solar cell by selectively depositing dopant on one side of a semiconductor substrate. CONSTITUTION: Combining units(530a, 530b) fixes together first conductive type of first wafer and second wafer. The combining units are loaded on a boat(510). A plurality of slot(520) is formed by constant intervals on the boat. The combining units include a first part which surrounds the external side of the fixed first wafer and second wafer. The combining units include a second part which is formed between the first wafer and the second wafer.
