ORGANIC LIGHT EMITTING DIODE DISPLAY

PURPOSE: An organic light emitting diode device is provided to minimize loss when light emitted from an organic light emitting device is emitted to the outside by using a cholesteric liquid crystal film. CONSTITUTION: An external light passes through a reflective type polarizing film(911) among optical members(91). A part among external light is linearly polarized in a polarization axis direction. The rest which is not to pass through the reflective type polarizing film is reflected to the outside. The optical member can be used as a mirror. The linearly polarized light is varied to circular polarization through a phase delay plate(915). The light passing through the phase delay plate is reflected at an organic light emitting device(L1) including a second electrode(546) and a first electrode(544). The reflected light is applied to the organic light emitting device through the phase delay plate.
