PURPOSE: A storage rack device for the storage of a fuel rod is provided to improve stability against earthquake by effectively eliminating the horizontal and the vertical component of impact due to the earthquake. CONSTITUTION: A storage rack device(10) comprises at least two storage racks(1.1,1.2,1.3). The storage racks include a plurality of vertical channels. The vertical channels are arranged in order to store a fuel rod. A positioning element(6) is provided in the lower part of the storage rack. The storage rack device comprises at least one base plate(2.1,2.2,2.3) which has a positioning member(8). The positioning member is fixed and coupled with the positioning elements of the storage rack. The positioning member and the positioning element locate the storage rack to the base plate in order to prevent the displacement of the storage rack on the base plate.
