PURPOSE: A mobile communicating repeater is provided to improve the management speed of a mobile communication repeater by changing a communication method from a serial communication mode to an Ethernet communication mode. CONSTITUTION: A donor unit(110) processes a forward signal inputted from a base station to transmit the forward signal to a node(120) at a remote place. The donor unit processes the backward signal inputted from a remote place to transmit the processed backward signal to the base station. The node processes a forward signal inputted from the donor unit to transmit the processed forward signal to a terminal. The node processes the backward signal inputted from the terminal to transmit the processed backward signal to the donor unit. The donor unit and the node perform Ethernet communication.
