METHOD FOR MEASURING CONCENTRATION OF COMPONENT IN BIOCHEMICAL SAMPLE AND FOR PRESUMING RELIABILITY OF TEST RESULT

PURPOSE: A method for measuring concentration of component in biochemical sample is provided to accurately measure the concentration of the component included in the biochemistry sample and to increase the reliability of blood test result. CONSTITUTION: The concentration of the specific component prepares the standard sample of the different natural number 'N'. The light of the natural number m is examined successively in the standard sample of 'N' having the different wavelength band. The absorbance of the natural number 'm' and 'n' according to the wavelength band of the concentration of the specific component included in the standard sample and light are measured. The regression equation about the concentration of the specific component included is obtained through the independent variable. The absorbance of the wavelength band of m is measured for the biochemistry sample diluted with the biochemistry sample or the distilled water. The absorbance of m is assigned for the independent variable corresponding to the regression equation and the concentration of the specific component is produced. The absorbance according to the simples is measured by a minute fluxing device(30). A plurality of chambers(32) is arranged on a disc at a regular interval.
