PURPOSE: A passenger airbag module which can inflate an air bag by simply operating one inflator is provided to reduce the injury of passenger using an upper body protection air bag cushion. CONSTITUTION: A passenger airbag module which can inflate an air bag by simply operating one inflator comprises an inflator(1), a plurality of air bag cushions, and a housing. The inflator is installed in an instrument panel inside of a vehicle. The inflator supplies compressed air. A plurality of air bag cushions is unfolded in the direction of a vehicle room with compressed air. The inflator is combined inside the housing with a retainer(4). The housing is connected to the air bag cushion. The housing guides the development of the air bag cushion to the upper and lower body of the passenger. |
