CONTINUAL CASTING APPARATUS

PURPOSE: A continuous casting unit is provided to prevent neglect accident and to continuously perform casting processes by removing foreign materials from a distributor and a cast by spraying gas. CONSTITUTION: A continuous casting unit is composed of a distributor(130), a mold(150), a washer(170), a cast transporter, a runner(110), a molten metal supply pipe, and a molten metal supply regulator(131). The distributor distributes the molten metal. The cast is formed on the lower of the distributor. The molten metal distributed from the distributor is filled in the cast. The washer sprays gas to the distributor and the cast to eliminate foreign materials from the distributor and the cast. The mold transporter transfers the cast. The runner is arranged on the upper of the distributor. The molten metal supply pipe guides the molten metal provided to the runner to the distributor. The molten metal supply regulator closes the molten metal supply pipe to control the supply quantity of the molten metal as the molten metal is provided to the distributor.
