PURPOSE: A meter sealing device is provided to reduce a sealed base and a sealed bolt by making a top part separable in replacing and repairing. CONSTITUTION: A meter sealing device comprises a sealing base(10), a sealing bolt(20), a second holder, and a sealing cap(30). The sealing base comprises a first holder formed in the outer circumference of the body. A projection is formed in the inner side of the sealing base. The sealing bolt is coupled in a meter as the head is settled in the projection through the center of the body. The second holder is combined with the first holder and is formed in the inner circumference of the bottom cap. The sealing cap comprises a bottom cap of the cylindrical shape with the inside empty, and the upper plate sealing the bottom cap upper side. The upper plate seals the upper side on the upper side, and forms a separation groove in the bottom surface.
