ANISOTROPIC CONDUCTIVE FILM BONDING DEVICE

PURPOSE: A device for attaching an anisotropic conductive film is provided to reduce a processing time by simultaneously supplying, compressing, and separating the anisotropic conductive film. CONSTITUTION: A feeding roller(110) supplies an anisotropic conductive film tape(10) to a compressive unit(130). A collecting roller(150) collects a release paper(120) which is separated from the anisotropic conductive film tape. The compressive unit separates an anisotropic conductive film from the anisotropic conductive film tape and compresses the anisotropic conductive film to the compressive position of a semiconductor module(20). A tension roller applies tension to the anisotropic conductive film tape. A guiding roller(140) guides the collection of the release paper.
