PURPOSE: A video playing device is provided to use a coaxial cable or an optical cable and receive video of high resolution camera and store the image. CONSTITUTION: An A/D converter(204) converts analog image signal received through an image signal input switch into a digital image signal. A bus switch(208) outputs a synchronous clock for synchronizing signals outputted from a serial/parallel signal processing unit and an A/D converter. A D/A converter(214) converts a digital image signal outputted from the bus switch into an analog image signal. A control unit(212) controls the bus switch.
