PURPOSE: A barrel of an optical system and an imaging apparatus having the same are provided to reduce a failure rate of products by preventing optical axis misalignment. CONSTITUTION: A lens base(102) is coupled to a first lens assembly(101). A horizontal controller(110) can vertically adjust the first lens assembly in a direction vertical to an optical axis between the lens base and the first lens assembly. A vertical controller(120) adjusts the tilting of a first lens group to the optical axis.
