PURPOSE: An air cathode of a metal fuel cell is provided to prevent an electrolyte injected into a cell body from being leaked, to prevent a penetration hole from being stopped due to a metal mesh net which is included on the outer side of the carbon sheet, and to improve efficiency by dissolving external oxygen in an electrolyte through the penetration hole. CONSTITUTION: An air cathode of a metal fuel cell includes a carbon sheet(41) including a plurality of penetration holes(41a) passing through the carbon sheet and a metal net(42) which is included on the outer side of the carbon sheet. The air cathode is installed on the circumference of a cell body of the metal fuel cell to expose the outer side of the air cathode to air. The penetration hole is comprised of a short diameter portion(41b) which is formed on the inner side of the carbon sheet and a large diameter portion(41c) which is extended from the end of the short diameter portion to the outer side of the carbon sheet. |
