PURPOSE: Scalpel acupuncture is provided to simulate muscle and ligament, to easily peel or punch a stenosed soft tissue, to conveniently enable an operator to conveniently treat the soft tissue, to and to reduce pain of a patient. CONSTITUTION: Scalpel acupuncture includes a needle handle(200) which is flat and has a rectangular shape and a needle body(100) including a needle tip(110) which has a blade shape through formation of a first polishing part and a second polishing part. The first polishing part and the needle handle are on a same plane. The needle handle has the shape of a valley or a protrusion(201) for preventing a needle from being slid.
