PURPOSE: A light emitting apparatus and an electronic appliance are provided to improve reliability by including a resin layer which covers an insulating layer and one electrode. CONSTITUTION: A device part(170) is formed on a substrate(200). A resin layer(130) covers the device part, which includes a light emitting device(140) and a switching device. The light emitting device includes a first electrode(122), an insulating layer(137) covering the first electrode, an electro luminescent layer(134), and a second electrode. The electro luminescent layer includes a light emitting layer. The insulating layer includes a convex shape part. |
